ACCESSIBILITY
Hearing impaired people
For non-German speakers and the hearing impaired, we offer a written version of the tour in English, French, German, Polish, Czech, Russian, Dutch, Croatian, Slovak and Italian.
Visually impaired people
Carrying a guide dog and cane is allowed. We are happy to offer you a separate guided tour, during which it is also possible to touch all the exhibits. Please note that the floor is very uneven and it is quite narrow in the mine. Therefore, the tour is only suitable if you also go hiking, for example.
People with walking difficulties
Unfortunately, it is not possible for people with walking difficulties to visit the mine. However, we invite you to take advantage of our digital offerings on YouTube, in the cultural property database of Salzburg's regional museums and or audio guide.
Easy language
We are currently working on written versions of the tour in plain language.
